Note that the quoted price is for the steel building and accessories you choose and does not include the foundation, erecting costs, and any electrical/ plumbing you may wish to install. Building Codes. We design and engineer your steel building according to minimum requirements adopted by the state in which your building is located. You may have local load requirements that are not listed in the database. Although not necessary for the quoting process, you will want to check with your local building permit office before purchasing your building to insure proper loads. This is usually only in the case of high wind zones, seismic zones, and heavy snow areas. Some local codes also require certain design qualifications.
Ordering. Once we receive your building purchase order and a 20% deposit on the building, the average time for delivery is 6-7 weeks. Your anchor bolt drawings will be sent 2-3 weeks after the purchase order is placed.
